All I can tell you is that it sounds like Merengue. But with all the voice over, I can barely make out what the singer is even saying. Sorry can't be much of help

Im pretty sure I heard this before. Im very limited on Latin music but swear I have heard this and even had it in my collection somewhere. If not the song, then maybe the artist cause he sounds real familiar too. I will go throu my stuff and find what little Latin music I have to see if I can help any. Obviously lyrics wouldn't help me out any lol, but if you can provide any it might help someone else figure it out.
