Well Ted the reason for this post ,which I'm sure you know but JIC, is so member can give their suggestions to other people who are making requests (it appears on the request page). Assuming you knew that and are talking about the members who are trying to make requests through here I just guess that they don't even realize that they can make the requests themselves. But who knows lol.
