Cream Cheese Flan by El Boricua
6 Eggs
1 16oz. can of evaporated milk
1 can of sweet condense
1 tsp of vanilla extract
8 oz of cream cheese
Heat oven to 350 degrees
Blend all ingrediants in blender
take a six inch round pot and pour 1/2 cup of sugar. Melt sugar on stove top. Get a big pot fill with water 1/4 full
After sugar is melted in pot pour ingrediants into pot with melted sugar. Then take the pot and place it in the bigger pot that has the water and place in over for 1 1/2 hours
You can check the flan like you would do a cake .
When baked take out of over let cool for 1 hour then flip over on plate.
